An officer with the Ontario Provincial Police in the Temiskaming area is being charged with harassment.
OPP say the 42-year-old officer, with 18 years on the force, is charged with harassment and breach of trust.
They say the charges were laid after an investigation involving incidents that took place while he was on duty.
He has a court appearance in Haileybury next month on December 11th, and is suspended with pay.
