Life returning to normal after 'shelter in place' order in M'Chigeeng

Life has quickly returned to normal at M'Chigeeng First Nation after OPP used the province's emergency alert system telling everyone in the area to 'shelter in place.' While officers are still looking for 32-year-old Victor Branco, they no longer believe there is a perceived threat to those in the area.
