North Bay police seize $88K in cocaine, fentanyl from Maplewood Avenue home
A North Bay man, 43, is charged with drug trafficking after a search of a home on Maplewood Avenue revealed more than $88,000 in cocaine and fentanyl earlier this month, police say.
The investigation into the suspected drug dealer began in the spring by the street crime unit, North Bay Police Service said in a news release Wednesday morning.
Officers raided the home June 5 and found 55.6 grams of cocaine and 235.3 grams of fentanyl along with $45 in cash.
The accused was later arrested and charged.
He has been held in custody pending an upcoming bail hearing.
