Police are looking for a snowmobiler that hit a dog and fled the scene back on February 2.
Ontario Provincial Police say they responded to a call about a collision on Jack Pine Road in the Township of Chamberlain earlier this month.
Police say the incident happened shortly before 8 pm and that a motorised snow vehicle was travelling on the roadway where the Ontario Federations Snowmobile Club trail is travelled.
Unfortunately, the dog had to be euthanized after sustaining life-threatening injuries in the crash.
Now, police are asking the public for help to locate the suspect and vehicle.
