Northern Ont. man charged again with indecent exposure
A 31-year-old man from Elliot Lake has been charged following an incident Monday in a parking lot on Mississauga Avenue in Elliot Lake.
Ontario Provincial Police said the complainant said they were outside an apartment building in the parking lot when they saw the suspect.
“A known tenant yelled at the complainant from their apartment and then proceeded to expose and pleasure himself in full view,” police said in a news release Wednesday.
The same man was charged in March of this year with sending unwanted nude pics and videos of himself to people on social media.
And in May, he was charged in connection with an incident in which a homeowner found someone at their kitchen table, with the table covered in frozen food.
In the most recent incident, he is charged with committing an indecent act, indecent exhibition, nudity and indecent exposure, and criminal harassment.
The accused was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River on Aug. 30.
None of the charges has been proven in court.
