One taken to hospital after car flips over in Sudbury

One person has been taken to hospital with unknown injuries following a collision on Notre Dame Avenue in Sudbury on Monday.

A passenger was rescued from the vehicle and taken to Health Sciences North, police said on social media.

“Southbound lanes of Notre Dame Ave are closed at Cambrian Heights Drive,” police said.

“Motorists (should) expect delays … (Please) be patient while emergency crews are on scene.”

The roadway hsa been reduced to one lane Monday afternoon. This story will be updated when new information is available.
