The winning streak continues as another North Bay resident wins big in the lottery.
Scott Brownlee matched six of the seven Encore numbers in the Lotto Max draw from April 19, 2019 to win $100,000. He also won another $2 with another Encore selection.
The winning ticket was purchased at Lakeshore Drive in North Bay.
