Ontario Government to expand pharmacists prescribing power this fall

Starting in the fall, pharmacists will be able to prescribe medications that treat moderate acne, canker sores, diaper dermatitis, yeast infections, pinworms and threadworms along with nausea and vomiting related to pregnancy; in additional to the 13 other ailments they were granted prescribing powers for in January.
