Jobs cut at Kapuskasing Airport, Bearskin Airlines ending passenger flights

CTV News has learned changes are coming to the Kapuskasing Airport.

The Town of Kapuskasing has cut four positions, and Bearskin Airlines is ending its scheduled passenger flights at the end of June.

Bearskin will only fly medivacs, charters and private flights in and out of Kapuskasing.

Kapuskasing mayor Alan Spacek said the changes are necessary to deal with the town's financial challenges.
