“(On) May 19, 2024, Nipissing West OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) stopped a vehicle traveling 163km/h in a posted 100 km/h zone on Highway 69, south of Sudbury,” provincial police said on social media.

As a result of the traffic stop a 17-year-old driver from Sudbury, Ont., has been charged with stunt driving.

In addition to the charge the accused also received 30-day driver’s licence suspension and the vehicle involved was impounded for 14 days.
