SUDBURY -- The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service is investigating a shooting incident that took place Dec. 6 on Alexandra Street in the community.
Police received the call at 6 a.m., and police believe there was a vehicle in the area that fled after the shot was fired. No one was hurt as a result of the incident.
"This is believed to be an isolated incident and not a random act of violence," police said in a news release Monday.
