SUDBURY -- Ontario Provincial Police say officers found $15,000 in drugs including crystal meth and purple fentanyl during a raid at a Kapuskasing home.
On Wednesday morning, officers with the organized crime enforcement bureau and community street crime unit executed a search warrant at a residence on Bowman Avenue.
As a result, a 37-year-old local man faces a list of charges including drug trafficking, possessing property obtained by crime, possession for purpose of distributing, and three counts of failure to comply with a release order.
Police seized substances suspected to be purple fentanyl, methamphetamine, crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, Hydromorphone, cannabis, drug paraphernalia and cash.
The accused has been held for a bail hearing Thursday.
