Ontario Premier Doug Ford was in Sudbury Wednesday to make a funding annoucement.

CTV News has learned that Ontario Premier Doug Ford is scheduled to visit a Sudbury area steel fabrication company on Wednesday, June 19.

Ford will make a stop at Lopes Limited in the Sudbury community of Coniston at 2:30 pm.

There are also reports of a fundraising dinner Wednesday evening.

The CTV Northern Ontario news team will be there and provide details as they become available.
