NORTH BAY – Hundreds of families bundled up and lined the streets in North Bay for the city's annual Santa Claus parade.
This year's theme was 'A Tropical Christmas', seeing more floats this year than the last.
There were over 40 floats total in the parade and marching alongside were bands, sports teams, dancers and of course the jolly old elf himself as he prepares to check his naughty and nice list with a little over a month until the big day.
"This is for all ages, singles, families, young and old it's for everybody and it's just great to see the smiles on their faces, and it's kicking off the holiday season for the city," said Jeff Serran, North Bay Santa Claus Parade Organizing Committee.
The committee says it is eagerly already planning for next year's parade.
