A 51-year-old driver who crashed their vehicle on Highway 63 earlier this month has died of their injuries.

The collision took place Feb. 4 just after 4 p.m. North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received “several traffic complaints about a driver who was driving erratically through the area,” police said in a news release Tuesday.

“The vehicle was located by the OPP after it was involved in a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 63 in French Township.”

The driver, who was from Keswick, Ont., was taken to hospital with “life-altering injuries” and died from their injuries this week, police said.
