SUDBURY -- It was all smiles inside Sudbury Liberal headquarters as incumbent Paul Lefebvre sailed past the other candidates to be re-elected.

Lefebvre was joined at Spacecraft Brewery with his wife and two children.

The Sudbury business man says it was his honour to be re-elected by the people of Sudbury, something he doesn't take for granted in the new minority government.

"I am first of all the MP of Sudbury and that is my number one job, my number one job and certainly bringing all the projects like bringing back infrastructure dollars to Sudbury is something that is ongoing. Our governments kicking in investments in infrastructure. I'm going to continue down that path and see what we can bring back here when we talk about jobs, the federal jobs we can bring back here," said Lefebvre.

This will be Lefebvre's second term in office.
