A 71-year-old man from Blind River has been found dead by the Ontario Provincial Police.
Police officials said Laurence Folz had made arrangements for a ride to a property on Willis Road in the Municipality of Huron Shores on September 16.
Folz was later reported missing. The OPP searched for the senior on Friday and the efforts continued into the weekend.
Shortly after 10 a.m. on Saturday, police discovered Folz on a property on Willis Road.
“The investigation is continuing,” reads a statement from police.
“No foul play is suspected at this time and a post mortem date has yet to be determined.”
