Update:
The victim from last Tuesday's fatal house fire has been identified by police as 53-year-old Michael Landry.
An investigation is still ongoing.

Ontario Provincial Police say one person is dead following a house fire in Whitestone, west of Magnetawan.
The Magnetawan Fire Department along with officers from the West Parry Sound OPP detachment responded to a call just before 5 am Tuesday.
When emergency crews arrived at the scene, the house was completely engulfed in flames.
While fighting the fire, the body of one person was discovered inside.
The victim’s identity has not yet been confirmed, but the investigation is ongoing.
