The luck continues in northern Ontario as two Encore lottery tickets in Greater Sudbury earn $100,000 prizes.

Just last week, a couple from the Sudbury community of Capreol, Gerald and Sandra Coursol, matched six out of seven Encore numbers in exact order on the May 28 Lotto Max draw, winning the pair a $100,000 prize.

The couple says they purchased the winning ticket at their usual grocery store, Lalonde’s Pharmacy on Young Street in Capreol.

“After the draw, I scanned our ticket on my phone, and that’s when the phone started ringing with all the bells and whistles! We couldn’t believe what we were seeing!” said Gerald.

The husband and wife plan to use their winnings to retire and complete some home renovations.

“It’s a beautiful feeling.” said the couple.
