SUDBURY -- The Timmins Police Service is seeking the public's help to find and identify a man who evaded police Wednesday on his ATV.
"(The) operator failed to stop for police as legally required, and then proceeded to commit a series of other driving offences in order to evade the police," police said in a news release Thursday.
The incident occurred Oct. 7 around 2:10 in the afternoon on Haileybury Crescent in Porcupine.
"The man operating the ATV first garnered police attention for not wearing a proper helmet, as is legally required," police said. "The suspect fled from police while operating a red ATV while wearing a bright yellow coat and a black hat."
