The first of three new lottery winners is 57-year-old, father of two, Kenneth Kellar of Thessalon.

He is celebrating after winning a top prize with Instant Cash for Life game. 

His wife of 29 years bought the scratch ticket for him as a gift at Rexall on Trunk Road in Sault Ste. Marie.

Kellar has accepted the payments of $1,000 a week for life and plans to use the winnings to enjoy his retirement.

 

The second lottery winner is Melissa Kelly of Goulais River.

She won a $1-million Maxmillions prize in the June 1st, Lotto Max draw.

The winning ticket was purchased at Goulais River Country Store on Highway 17 in Goulais River.

 

And finally, Christopher Sierz-Putowski of Sault Ste. Marie is also counting his winnings. 

He picked up almost $480,000 in the June 2nd Lottario draw.

The 58-year-old father of twins plans to help his children.

“Our kids just graduated, so this will help ease their debt.” said Sierz-Putowski.

He also plans on taking his wife on a trip to celebrate their upcoming 30th wedding anniversary, upgrading their vehicles and enjoying playing more golf.

The winning ticket was purchased at Canadian Tire Gas Bar on Louisa Street in Parry Sound.
