Sudbury police say suspect exposed themselves, asked youth for sexual favours on local trail
A 28-year-old has been charged following an incident Monday on a trail near the Terry Fox Sports Complex on Lasalle Boulevard in Greater Sudbury.

“Officers were dispatched to the area of the Terry Fox Complex in relation to an unknown trouble,” Sudbury police spokesperson Kaitlyn Dunn told CTV News in an email.
The complaint came in shortly after 11 a.m.
Officials with the Greater Sudbury Police Service said the information provided was that a youth was approached by an individual while walking on a trail in the area.
“The individual followed the youth for a short time before approaching the youth and asking for sexual favours and exposing himself,” said Dunn.
“The youth left the area and contacted police.”
Police arrived a short time later and entered the trails to locate the individual.
“Officers located the individual believed to be responsible and place him under arrest,” said Dunn.
As a result of the incident, a 28-year-old has been charged with invitation to sexual touching and performing an indecent act.
Police officials told CTV News that additional charges maybe pending.
None of the allegations has been proven in court.
