SUDBURY -- Ontario Provincial Police in Kirkland Lake have charged a Sudbury man with impaired driving.
He was pulled over at 4:41 p.m. June 10 for a traffic violation on Government Road West in the Town of Kirkland Lake.
"Further investigation revealed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol," police said in a news release Thursday.
The 57-year-old from Sudbury is charged with impaired driving and was issued a 90-day license suspension. His vehicle was also impounded for seven days.
He's scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on July 23 in Kirkland Lake.
