A nomination party was held Sunday for supporters of Sault Ste. Marie’s MP Terry Sheehan.
He has been acclaimed by Sault Ste. Marie Liberal Federal Riding Association to run for re-election after being unopposed.
Sheehan has been the Soo’s MP since 2015, so he will be seeking his second term.
Supporters gathered at a local café for the campaign launch and rally.
The next federal election is October 21.
