SUDBURY -- The investigation into a break and enter Aug. 8 in Powassan led to the discovery of a storage locker with other stolen items, North Bay Ontario Provincial Police said Friday.

As a result, two more people are facing charges in connection with a series of crimes.

The investigation began following a break in at a residence on Weiler Line in Powassan Aug. 8.

"Numerous tools and solar panels were stolen from the residence," police said in a news release. "One person was arrested and charged on Aug. 9."

When police executed a search warrant Aug. 19 on a storage locker in North Bay, most of the items stolen Aug. 8 was discovered, along with other stolen items from previous robberies.

On Aug. 26, two more people were arrested and charged. A 36-year-old woman and 37-year-old man, both from North Bay, are charged with break and enter, theft under $5,000, possession of stolen property and failing to comply with a release order. The woman is also charged with possessing break and enter tools.

Both suspect are being held in custody and will be in the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on Sept. 3.
