North Bay police say they are looking for three suspects after a delivery driver alleges he was punched in the face and robbed before having his vehicle stolen.

Police say around 7:30 pm on Monday evening in the 700 block of Front Street, a delivery man was leaving a residence, and was approached by three unknown men before returning to his vehicle.

The delivery driver told officers that one of the suspects appeared to be carrying a knife.

Police say when the men demanded money and the delivery driver's wallet, the victim complied. It was then that the victim was allegedly punched in the face by one of the suspects before the trio took off in his silver Honda CRV with Ontario license plate CFTZ107.

Police describe the suspects as:

  1. A white male in his mid-20s, heavy build (approximately 200 pounds), with a 'strap' beard. He was wearing dark clothing and a hat.
  2. A white male in his mid-20s, thin, approximately 160 lbs, with a scraggly beard. He was wearing light clothing and a hat.
  3. A tall First Nations male in his mid-20s

Officers say these men are considered to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

Police say anyone with information on this incident or if the suspects are spotted, contact 9-1-1 immediately or alternatively Crime Stoppers.
