SUDBURY -- A 49-year-old man from Mattawa has been charged in connection with a graffiti spree in the community Oct. 5.
In addition to spray painting an Ontario Provincial Police cruiser in Mattawa, the man is accused of painting graffiti on two other vehicles, as well as several street signs across the community.
"Written on the signs were: OPP DIE and OPP PIGS," police said in a news release Wednesday.
The suspect was arrested Oct. 6 at 11:00 a.m. at North Bay OPP Detachment. He is charged with eight counts of mischief under $5,000. He was scheduled to appear in bail court on Wednesday.
