SUDBURY -- The case continues for a former Sudbury reporter charged with child pornography.
32-year-old Callam Rodya was charged with possession of child pornography, accessing child pornography, making available child pornography, and one count of possession of a schedule 1 substance last Feb.
After a brief morning in court, a new date has been set for resolution on April 17 at 11 a.m. in courtroom E in Sudbury.
Court officials say proceedings in this case may need up to a half day to resolve.
The matter has been back and forth for months now.
It is not yet clear whether a guilty plea has been made.
Rodya, a a former reporter with Sudbury.com and CTV Northern Ontario, has has been out on bail since Feb. 2019.
