Timmins Police Service has charged a local man after receiving a sexual assault complaint early Saturday morning.
An investigation led to identifying a suspect, who was located later that morning.
As a result, a 24-year-old Timmins man is now facing charges of sexual assault, assault, and breach of probation.
The suspect was released from custody at a bail hearing Monday and will return to court on November 27th.
