Highway 144 reopens between Gogama, Watershed

Highway 144 has reopened after it was closed Wednesday between Gogama and the Watershed in order to remove a commercial vehicle.

The single-vehicle crash happened around 2 a.m. Feb. 21, Ontario Provincial Police Const. Michelle Simard told CTV News in an email.

No one was injured as a result of the crash.

"The removal was set for today to be done during daylight hours," Simard said. 

The 32-kilometre highway closure began at 11 a.m. and reopened around 1:30 p.m.

OPP does not have an estimated reopening time.
