Gentle, female Siberian husky cross puppy needs home

Share

This week's episode of Take Me Home Tuesday features Rose, a well-mannered husky cross puppy at the Sudbury SPCA shelter.

Rose is approximately six to eight months old and at 25 kilograms, still has a bit of growing to do.

She has some manners already, is good on a leash and would likely do well with continued training.

Rose visited the CTV Sudbury studio on Frood Road and made an appearance on the Pure Country morning show on Tuesday morning with Jen Hughes of the Ontario SPCA Sudbury & District.

She is a gentle, sweet and curious girl that would fit well into any active household. While she is cautious of cats, she is very playful and would do well with the right introduction.

Being part husky, she will need some exercise.

She has a beautiful short, white coat and two different coloured eyes – one blue and the other brown.

The SPCA will put her into a foster-to-adopt program until her spay is done.

Through no fault of her own, Rose came to the shelter as an owner surrender.

For more information about Rose or any of the other animals available for adoption at the SPCA shelter located on the College Boreal campus on Lasalle Boulevard, call 705-566-9582.
