Five-vehicle crash closes Hwy. 11 in New Liskeard
A collision involving five vehicles closed Highway 11 in both directions Friday morning between Golf Course Drive in New Liskeard and Highway 66 in Kenogami.
Ontario Provincial Police are on the scene and said they expect the roadway to remain closed for a few more hours.
"Highway 11 is currently closed between Highway 112 and Highway 66," police said.
"A detour has been established to redirect traffic. The highway will remain closed for a period of time as the investigation continues."
No injuries have yet been reported, police told CTV News.
This story will be updated when new information is released.
According to the Ministry of Transportation's 511 Traveller Information Service, the roadway was still closed as of 5 p.m.
