A 25-year-old Elliot Lake man faces numerous charges following two gas station robberies in the area.
Police say a gas station on Highway 108 was robbed by a man with a knife early Tuesday morning
Later that night, a second robbery took place on Hillside Drive South.
Police say the same vehicle was used in the robberies and a man was arrested and charged Wednesday with the following:
- Robbery with a weapon
- Uttering threats
- Possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes
- Theft under $5,000
The accused will appear in a Blind River bail court Thursday.
