North Bay police are investigating the theft of 26 pairs of high-end running shoes from a car parked in a downtown area of the city.
Police say shortly after midnight, a man and a woman entered an unlocked vehicle parked on McIntyre Street East and stole the shoes, then took off.
The high-end Nike and Adidas shoes are valued at $4,000 and the victim is a shoe re-seller from the Toronto area.
