Parents in Minnesota are breathing a sigh of relief after their young child is found strapped in their car seat in the middle of the road.
The incident was all caught on a dashcam.
In the video, you see a vehicle following behind a tan car travelling down a fairly busy two-way street.
As the car rounds a bend in the road, you see a car seat fall out into the middle of the street with a child strapped in it.
The tan car continues down the road and through an intersection while a car door appears to hang open.
Luckily, the driver of the vehicle outfitted with the dashcam stops immediately and runs to the little girl’s side waving down oncoming traffic to stop.
Several passersby coming running to help and the car seat with the child secured inside is removed from the road.
Chad Mock posted the video on Facebook saying he wouldn’t have believed it if it hadn’t happened right in front of him.
He said that the driver returned to the scene on foot about 20 minutes later.
Paramedics assessed the baby and say all is well.
