A 42-year-old man from Greater Sudbury is wanted on an outstanding warrant after failing to attend his sentencing hearing related to numerous child pornography charges he was convicted of.
Matthew Gagnon was convicted of several child pornography offences on September 15, 2017 and failed to show up to court on February 14, 2018 to hear his sentence.
Justice Kurke issued a bench warrant for his arrest and police are still looking for his whereabouts.
He is described as:
- 5’10” tall
- Weighing approximately 145 pounds
- Brown hair and blue eyes
