SUDBURY – Ontario Provincial Police in North Bay were called to a residence in Bonfield during the late evening of September 21.
Officers arrived to a person with life-threatening injuries in the Church Street residence.
The victim is now in stable condition.
As a result of the investigation, a 30-year-old man from Bonfield has been charged on October 22 with:
- Attempted Murder
- Aggravated Sexual Assault
