Another Northern Ontario resident has won big playing a scratch ticket.
Albertine Grzela of Kapuskasing won the top instant cash prize of $100,000 with The Big Spin Instant Game.
The winning ticket was purchased at Circle Confectionary on Circle Street in Kapuskasing.
