Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli has launched legal action against former Ontario PC leader Patrick Brown after allegations were made against him in Brown's book.
In a notice of intent, a legal document, Fedeli is demanding Brown and the publisher apologize and retract the contentious statements that were made about him.
Brown claims in his book released last year that a party staff member made a sexual misconduct complaint against Fedeli.
Those claims have not been proven in a court of law.
