Two charged in northwestern Ont. drug bust
Two people have been charged with drug trafficking following a drug investigation led by Ontario Provincial Police in Kenora.
Armed with a search warrant, police, including special OPP units and Treaty Three Police Service, raided a residence Wednesday on Minto Crescent.

“Canadian currency, other items associated with drug trafficking, and brass knuckles were also seized.”
The suspects, ages 30 and 36, are both from Kenora. They have been charged with drug trafficking and weapons offences, as well as for violating release orders.
They are being held in custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Kenora at a later date.
Anyone with information about drug trafficking is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122. To remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
