James Bay Ontario Provincial Police charged a 38-year-old driver this week for careless driving.

The Brampton commercial vehicle driver was on Highway 11 near Hearst when the truck flipped on its side.

Police responded to the scene about 80 kilometres west of Hearst around 10:30 a.m. June 6.

The 38-year-old driver from Brampton was charged with careless driving.

“Stay alert and drive responsibly,” police said on social media.
