Update:

North Bay police say three more women have come forward with allegations against a 44-year-old 'exercise specialist', Marc Denommee, in North Bay.

Police began an investigation in May after a woman reported that she was inappropriately touched by the male employee during a scheduled physiotherapist session. 

Now, police say additional woman alleging the same treatment from the accused have been reported.

As a result, Denommee was arrested again on Monday, July 15 and charged with three more sexual assault offences.

He was released from custody following a bail hearing.

A 44-year-old North Bay man has been charged with sexual assault of an adult female client.

Police say the man, a local exercise rehabilitation specialist, allegedly assaulted the woman during her physiotherapy session by touching her inappropriately.  

An investigation into the incident began Tuesday, May 14 and resulted in his arrest.

The accused has since been released from police custody and will appear in court on June 18 to answer to the charge.
