An 18-year veteran of the Greater Sudbury Police Service, who has already been found guilty of discreditable conduct, was back in a disciplinary hearing Wednesday.

Constable Robert Rheaume is facing two more charges of discreditable conduct.

One for creating a Go-fund-me page, titled 'Keeping Them Honest,' which he made to help to cover his legal costs for his previous hearing.

The second newest charge is for comments made on the fundraising page.

Rheaume is also facing a charge of insubordination for refusing to take the page down.

He's already been found guilty of discredible conduct over comments made on Facebook related to the wages of several colleagues who had made the province's annual Sunshine List.

Police say Rheaume’ s punishment for that charge will be handed out at a later date.
