Sudbury police investigating sudden death at local bank

Emergency crews were called to investigate a sudden death at the Royal Bank on Lasalle Blvd. in New Sudbury on Thursday morning, police say.

The call was received shortly before 6 a.m., Greater Sudbury Police Service spokesperson Kaitlyn Dunn told CTVNewsNorthernOntario.ca in an email.

"At this time, no further information will be provided related to the deceased," Dunn said.

"We are working in collaboration with the coroner’s office."

An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
