NORTH BAY -- A Sturgeon Falls man faces charges after border agents intercepted a gun silencer that was being shipped to the municipality.
Sudbury OPP and the Northeast Community Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant at the home on November 5.
Officers seized two firearm silencers and six guns. He faces one count of possession of unauthorized weapon charge and importing prohibited device charges.
He is set to appear in North Bay court on December 5.
