Officials with the City of Greater Sudbury aren't commenting on a settlement of a lawsuit against the mayor's office.
The lawsuit was initiated close to two years ago by a former city employee who worked in Mayor Brian Bigger's office.
Alicia Lachance claims she was harassed, stalked and treated poorly by the mayor's chief of staff, Melissa Zanette, and she was seeking $300,000.
It was to come to trial Monday, but was settled out of court.
The city won't offer a comment.
