Sault police rule out foul play in Hughes Street death

SAULT STE. MARIE -- The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service says it's no longer investigating a sudden death on Hughes Street last week as suspicious.
Police arrived to a home on Hughes Street late in the afternoon May 5, responding to reports someone had died in the residence. Police remained on scene the following day, confirming to CTV News it was investigating the death as suspicious.
On Monday, however, police ruled out foul play and ended its investigation.
