SUDBURY --
In the early evening of July 12, Sault police responded to a call about a man who fell from a second story balcony in the 0-100 block of East Street.
The investigation later revealed the victim was allegedly pushed from the balcony suffering major but non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the accused was located a short-time later and was arrested.
