Provincial police arrest two in northwestern Ont. during ATV patrol
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Dryden, Ont., arrested two people during an ATV (all-terrain vehicle) patrol within the city last week.

Shortly before noon on June 20, officers observed two known individuals on a three-wheeled vehicle and conducted a stop.
Further investigation by police led to more than a dozen charges being laid against the pair.
As a result the of incident, a 39-year-old local man and a 30-year-old local woman were both charged with failing to abide by court conditions and for altering/destroying/removing a vehicle identification number. The man is also charged with driving an off-road vehicle without a plate or permit, driving a non-passenger ATV with a passenger, driving without a licence, driving while under suspension and failing to provide proof of insurance while the woman faces additional charges for making false statements to police, permitting an off-road vehicle to be driven without insurance and failing to meet vehicle safety standards.
Both accused were held pending bail hearings in Kenora, Ont.
None of the accusations has been proven in court.
