A 61-year-old who was already on probation is in more trouble after Manitoulin Ontario Provincial Police arrived at their residence and found them riding an ATV.

Police arrived at the Pleasant Valley Road residence around 9 p.m. July 9 “to speak with an individual regarding an unrelated matter,” the OPP said in a news release.

“While at the residence, police observed this individual drive an all-terrain vehicle from Pleasant Valley Road up their driveway to where police stood outside of the residence.”

A quick chat revealed the individual had been drinking and was arrested and taken to the OPP detachment for further testing.
